I have extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate areas such as relationships, change, grief, loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. I provide therapy through a Cognitive Behavioral lens, and I am trained in Exposure & Response Prevention and EMDR. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT. I see kids (6+), teens and adults in-person or via telehealth. I am private pay only and am an Out of Network provider for insurance plans. I can provide a superbill of services upon request.
